營地的歷奇導師會以「體驗式學習」(Experiential Learning)為基礎，途過各種團體活動、歷奇器材、解說等等手法，讓參加者從中獲得啟發及反思，最終達到成長的目的。營地更可以根據參加者的需要或學習主題，為參加者度身訂造合適的歷奇活動
Based on “Experiential Learning”, the camp's Adventure Instructors will use a variety of group activities, adventurous equipment, explanations and other means to inspire participants to reflect and ultimately achieve the goal of growth. The camp can also customize adventure activities according to participants' needs or learning themes.
